Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of YalGamers products and services.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using any YalGamers product (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Some features — including paid tournament prizes — require additional age and identity verification.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password. One person, one account: you may not share, sell, transfer, or rent your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software or hardware that gives a competitive advantage; harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate other users; engage in match-fixing or coordinated abuse; use the Services to commit fraud, sell illegal goods, or violate any law; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; access the Services through automated means without our written permission.
5. Tournaments and prizes
Tournament rules, eligibility, scoring, and prize disbursement are governed by the rules published for each tournament. Prizes may be subject to identity verification, tax withholding, and regional restrictions. Disqualified players forfeit prizes. We reserve the right to delay or withhold prize payments while we investigate fair-play violations.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant YalGamers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the Services. Do not submit content you do not own or have rights to use.
7. Intellectual property
The YalGamers name, logos, designs, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by YalGamers Entertainment or its licensors. You receive no license to our IP except the limited right to use the Services as intended by these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the platform and its users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@yalgamers.gg. Termination does not cancel obligations already accrued, including payment and prize-forfeiture clauses.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against unauthorized access, or that defects will be corrected. Tournament outcomes, matchmaking quality, and third-party content are not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YalGamers, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, prizes, profits, or reputation. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Services and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
