— Fair Play

Skill over status. Every rank earned.

Fair play is the floor, not a feature. Here's how we keep the network clean.

Our principles

Every match is winnable on skill. No pay-to-win. No coordinated abuse. No tolerance for cheating. We owe this to every player who shows up and gives the game their best.

What's not allowed

Cheating — including aimbots, wallhacks, scripts, macros, and any third-party software designed to give an unfair advantage. Boosting — where a higher-skilled player completes matches on someone else's account. Smurfing — using alternate accounts to play against weaker opponents. Account selling, trading, or sharing. Match-fixing or coordinated loss. Real-money trading of in-platform items or accounts. Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or impersonation.

Reporting

Spotted something? Report it in-app from any match or profile, or email report@yalgamers.gg with as much detail as possible — usernames, tournament name, match ID, and any evidence (screenshots, clips) you can share. We protect reporter identities.

How we investigate

Reports are reviewed by our trust & safety team, supported by automated detection. We look at game telemetry, video evidence, account history, and patterns across matches. Most decisions are reached within seven days.

Penalties

Depending on severity and history: a warning; a temporary suspension; a permanent ban; tournament prize forfeiture. Repeat or coordinated violations escalate quickly. Bans are not a vehicle for negotiation — but they can be appealed.

Appeals

If you believe a decision is wrong, email appeals@yalgamers.gg with your account, the action you're appealing, and any context we should consider. A reviewer who was not part of the original decision will look again.
